Architect's Brief
Provide an environmentally friendly water heating solution for the residences that reduces energy consumption and at the same time is economically viable in terms of capital cost and infrastructure.
Each residence features a Rinnai Gas Tankless water heater, delivering efficient, on-demand hot water to every fixture.
M Abdulally was also asked to explore and recommend heating of the bungalow itself.
Approved Solution: Rinnai Gas Tankless
Each bungalow was fitted with its own individual Rinnai Tankless Gas Water Heater that could supply hot water to all bathrooms at once if needed.
A unique under-floor heating system was also engineered to deliver seamless, unobtrusive warmth throughout the entire bungalow. Each room is equipped with its own dedicated controller, empowering residents to tailor the temperature to their individual comfort needs.
