For the penthouses, a sophisticated circulation system ensures that water remains at the ideal temperature at all times—minimizing waste and virtually eliminating wait times for hot water.

Each apartment was fitted with its own individual Rinnai Tankless Gas Water Heater that could supply hot water to all bathrooms and kitchen outlets at once if needed.
